Shipping  

We are a local business and will happily deliver for free to the Gold Coast for all smaller items. For all larger items we use a courier company and will discuss the cost with you upon purchase. Prices change dependant on where you live and the size of the item etc. We work with a couple of fantastic courier companies and have found the best people and prices to send your goods to you.  

We will contact you within 24-48 hours of your purchased order to arrange a delivery date and time. We will do our best to schedule a delivery date within two weeks of your order.  

If your address falls outside of the Gold Coast, please email Kalm&Co.com for a no obligation delivery quote. Again, we use some wonderful courier companies which allows us to courier your beautiful goods around the Country safely.  

Please be assured that we will personally inspect every item before it is sent out to you. We do understand that sometimes things can happen accidentally in transit, so please inspect your delivery upon arrival and get in touch with us within 12 hours to let us know if things are not as they should be. Please take some photos and send them to us straightaway so we can rectify the problem for you.

You should ideally be at home for delivery or have given us clear instructions where to leave the item at your house safely and under cover. Please think about the weather, we would hate for a beautiful piece of furniture to be left out in the rain all-day, once you have agreed for it to be left without a signature it is out of our responsibility. There may also be an extra cost if you are not home to receive it and our couriers have to come out to your house again.

Returns

Kalm & Co does not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. We will of course refund or replace faulty or damaged items if you let us know within 12 hours of receiving your products. Any returns must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving goods and must be returned using original courier or transport company. Once we have assessed the product back in our warehouse we can decide the best course of action - refund, repair or replace. We will always do our best to look after our customers and to make sure you end up with the product you were excited to receive.

Please remember that all our beautiful goods are hand crafted by our wonderful and very talented team of artisans and each piece is unique to them.  No two pieces will be the same in some products, which is what we fell in love with when we first met all these talented individuals, colours may be slightly different to the website, textures may look different, the wood may have marks or indents, artwork and prints may have different interpretations. This does not make it faulty, what this means is you have a unique product that no one else will have. Please discuss your purchases with us before ordering if you are unsure about anything. We can talk for hours about it all and we may even recommend something different for your room/house, we love to help!
