Pre Orders

All pre order times on our website are approximate dates only. Shipping delays are out of our control, so please remember all good things comes to those who wait! We will keep in touch with you and always keep you updated as best we can. For pre orders and to guarantee your product arrives just for you, we ask kindly for a 50% deposit upfront and the remainder once your product has arrived in Australia. If you change your mind within 7 days of ordering we will refund you your 50% deposit.

If you cancel after the 7 days we will not be able to refund you your money. To avoid huge courier costs for multiple different items we can keep your goods until all items are ready to be sent together. Once you have paid for your items, we can guarantee your products will be kept safely until your whole order is ready to be sent. If you would prefer to not wait, and receive some items upfront, lets chat and work out the best and most cost effective way to do this for you.

Custom Orders

We are very fortunate that we work with some beautiful people who would love to make you your perfect piece of furniture. Please let us know what you are looking for and we can help you design it. When placing a custom order, we require a 50% deposit upfront to initiate the production process. This deposit is non-refundable. We will ask for the remaining balance when your order is ready to be shipped to Australia. Once your order arrives in Australia we will organise for a courier to be sent to you (depending on where you live) at this stage we will also invoice you the remaining fee for the courier costs. Your item will be sent once everything is paid in full.

With custom made pieces there are no change of minds, we will not refund any monies, unless of course the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival into Australia. We hope this will not be the case as we take great care and pride in our people and our products.
